As a full spectrum doula, I provide trauma-informed educational, emotional, and physical support that you may seek during pregnancy, labor, and beyond. I support both a medicated or holistic birth and planned or spontaneous delivery. I am here to help you enjoy this intimate life event and I encourage you to make your birthing experience as unbridled as you are. There's absolutely nothing I won't support you through. Whether you’re interested in pregnancy support, labor support, postpartum support, breastfeeding advice, childbirth education, or dealing with the thoughts of a possible loss or the loss of a pregnancy, I’m here for you.

I am a full spectrum doula, childbirth educator, intuitive, tarot reader, mama, wife, and equestrian working in Southern Arizona. In this sacred field of birth work, I found where my passion and purpose intersect. I'm a certified labor doula, certified birth and bereavement doula, certified peer support specialist, and an almost-certified childbirth educator. Although I do hold certifications to prove my competence in this field, I do not believe they truly define my full knowledge, as that comes from within. My doula journey is ever-evolving and I am continually taking courses and reading books to deepen my knowledge of holistic birth work.

No matter where a woman falls on the spectrum of pregnancy, I adore educating and supporting her through the transformative experience. I hold an animistic worldview which gives me the capacity to understand and uphold many different ideas, values, and traditions that can be brought into your pregnancy, birthing, and postpartum experiences. It does not matter what services you have sought me out for, I'm honored that you're here and learning about me with the possibility of considering me to fulfill a role in your story.

What Led Me Into Birth Work

My older sister and my three daughters are what sparked my desire to become a doula. Throughout my personal childbirth experiences, I noticed my sister had been my doula all along (although she doesn't identify as one). She supported me in every decision, urged me to ask questions when I didn't understand the terminology and/or procedures, and most importantly she showered me in unconditional love during tender postpartum days. When everyone's attention was rightfully focused on the new baby, she was focused on the healing mama in front of her.

During my last pregnancy, shortly after finding out that I would be giving birth to my third daughter, I realized I was to be raising a house full of beautifully strong women. Female empowerment and reproductive justice were always essential to me, but this drove me to fully immerse myself into it and take note of what that meant to me as a woman and mother. This ultimately led me to the sacred feminine and childbirth. I then devoured that knowledge and decided to not only pour it into my family but into my community because I believe every woman should be honored and supported no matter her circumstance or where she's at on the pregnancy spectrum.

My goal is to be the doula to you that my sister was to me. I will provide you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum experiences and provide trauma-informed emotional, physical, and mental support. However, I do not offer medical advice as I'm not a medical practitioner but instead a holistic practitioner. To learn more about me as a woman and the services that I offer, please get in touch.

  • I have recently added my Holistic Birth Education class to my services. Please see my "Childbirth Education" folder for additional information about my class including content, price, and duration.

  • As of August 28, 2021, Canyon Vista Medical Center located in Sierra Vista, AZ is considering doulas as medical professionals. This means that mamas are still allowed to have a doula and their one support person available during their labor and delivery. As these times are ever-evolving and hospital regulations are quick to change, I do provide a substitute option for my Birth and Doula Deluxe Packages. Please see my "Doula Packages" page for further information.

Informative and Compassionate

I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering prenatal visits, my goal is to get to know you and your partner better, reduce any stress by providing you accurate research-based information, help create a birth plan, and allowing you to solely focus on your body and your baby. I also go over hands-on comfort measures to help cope with labor sensations.
